Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Welcome to HMC Hub. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the HMC Hub website, educational programs, webinars, masterclasses, digital resources, mentorship services, communities and related services.
HMC Hub is operated by HMS Advisors Private Limited, having its registered or correspondence address at 401, Vihav Business Square, Sun Pharma Road, Atladra, Vadodara.
By visiting this website, submitting a form, registering for a program, making a payment or accessing any HMC Hub service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website, purchase a program or access HMC Hub services.
1. About HMC Hub
HMC Hub is a healthcare marketing learning and mentorship ecosystem. It offers educational programs, webinars, masterclasses, consulting-development resources, community access and mentorship related to ethical healthcare marketing and independent healthcare marketing consulting.
The programs are intended to provide education, frameworks, tools and implementation guidance. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, employment or investment advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use paid HMC Hub services.
By registering, you confirm that the information submitted by you is accurate, current and complete.
HMC Hub may refuse, suspend or cancel access where information is found to be false, misleading, incomplete or used for an unauthorised purpose.
3. Program Information
Program inclusions, duration, format, fees, access period, resources, bonuses, live-session schedules and eligibility requirements will be described on the relevant program page or checkout page.
Program-specific terms displayed before purchase will apply in addition to these website-wide Terms & Conditions.
If a program-specific condition conflicts with a general provision on this page, the clearly disclosed program-specific condition will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
4. Payments
All prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the program description, price, inclusions, schedule and access conditions before completing payment.
Payments may be processed through TagMango or another authorised third-party payment platform. HMC Hub does not directly store complete debit-card, credit-card, UPI or banking credentials.
Applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges or other charges will be communicated where required.
A successful payment does not guarantee enrolment if the payment is later reversed, disputed, found to be unauthorised or not received by HMC Hub.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Unless a specific program page states otherwise, purchases of digital courses, recordings, downloadable resources, webinars, masterclasses, memberships, mentorship services and community access are non-refundable once payment has been completed and access has been granted.
Refunds may be considered in situations involving:
- A duplicate payment
- Payment received but access not provided within a reasonable period
- Cancellation of a paid program by HMC Hub without a reasonable alternative
- A refund required under applicable law
A change of mind, inability to attend, personal scheduling conflict, failure to use the program, dissatisfaction arising from non-participation or failure to implement the learning will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available to a customer under applicable Indian law.
6. Lifetime Access
Where a program specifically promises “lifetime access,” it means access for as long as HMC Hub continues to own, operate, host and support that particular program.
“Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that the program or its current technology platform will operate indefinitely.
HMC Hub may migrate content to another platform, update the delivery method, replace outdated resources or discontinue a program for legitimate operational, legal or technological reasons.
Where reasonably possible, affected learners may be given an alternative access method or advance notice before permanent discontinuation.
Lifetime access does not automatically include future programs, new editions, personal mentorship, live sessions, communities, software subscriptions or additional services unless specifically stated in the original offer.
7. Access Credentials
Program access is provided only to the registered purchaser.
Login credentials, recordings, course links, meeting links, downloadable resources and community invitations must not be shared with another person.
Customers are responsible for protecting their login information and notifying HMC Hub if they become aware of unauthorised access.
HMC Hub may suspend access where account sharing, unauthorised distribution or misuse is detected.
8. Intellectual Property
All website copy, program names, frameworks, course videos, recordings, presentations, worksheets, templates, workbooks, graphics, logos, trademarks, training materials and other resources provided by HMC Hub are owned by or licensed to HMC Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchase of a program provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the material for individual learning and implementation.
Unless written permission has been obtained from HMC Hub, users must not:
- Copy or reproduce program material
- Record live or recorded sessions
- Share login credentials or access links
- Upload content to another platform
- Resell or redistribute resources
- Use HMC Hub content to create a competing course
- Remove branding, copyright notices or attribution
- Present HMC Hub frameworks as their own intellectual property
- Use program content for commercial training of third parties
Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and appropriate legal action.
9. Community Guidelines
Users participating in an HMC Hub WhatsApp group, platform discussion, live session, online community or other communication channel must behave professionally and respectfully.
Community members must:
- Be courteous and respectful
- Communicate ethically and constructively
- Respect different opinions, experiences and backgrounds
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of other members
- Avoid sharing patient-identifiable or confidential information
- Avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination or abusive language
- Avoid unsolicited private messages
- Avoid spam, irrelevant forwards and repeated messages
- Avoid self-promotion, solicitation and unauthorised advertising
- Avoid promoting competing programs or services without written permission
HMC Hub may remove content, issue a warning, restrict participation or remove a member from the community where these guidelines are violated.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of community or program access without a refund, subject to applicable law.
10. Healthcare Ethics and Confidentiality
Users must follow applicable ethical, professional and legal obligations while applying any learning received through HMC Hub.
Users must not upload, disclose or discuss identifiable patient information, confidential business data, medical records or other protected information through HMC Hub communities, forms or sessions unless legally permitted and appropriately protected.
Each learner or consultant remains independently responsible for ensuring that their marketing activities comply with applicable professional regulations, advertising standards, privacy requirements and healthcare-sector rules.
11. Educational Disclaimer
HMC Hub programs are provided for educational and professional-development purposes.
Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, franchise, agency or guaranteed consulting engagement between HMC Hub and the participant.
HMC Hub does not guarantee:

12. Certificates and Credentials
Where a certificate is included, it may be subject to attendance, assignment completion, assessments, participation, conduct or other program-specific requirements.
An HMC Hub certificate represents completion or achievement within the relevant HMC Hub program. It does not constitute a government licence, university degree, statutory accreditation or permission to practise a regulated profession unless expressly stated otherwise.
HMC Hub may withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation, unauthorised assistance, plagiarism, misconduct or failure to satisfy the applicable requirements.
13. Live Sessions and Recordings
Dates, times, speakers and formats of live sessions may change due to operational requirements, emergencies, platform failure, speaker availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where possible, HMC Hub may reschedule a session, provide a recording or offer a reasonable alternative.
Participants must not independently record, reproduce, broadcast or distribute live sessions.
HMC Hub may record online sessions for educational, quality, documentation or future-access purposes. Participants will be informed where their active participation may appear in a recording.
14. Testimonials and User Content
Testimonials, case studies and success stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
If a user voluntarily submits feedback, a testimonial, assignment, comment or other content, HMC Hub may request permission to use it for educational or promotional purposes.
Personally identifiable testimonials will not be published for promotional use without appropriate permission.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that content submitted by them does not violate the rights, confidentiality or privacy of another person.
15. Acceptable Website Use
Users must not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity
- Attempt to access restricted systems or another user’s account

- Submit false, deceptive or misleading information
- Use the website to distribute spam

HMC Hub may block access or take appropriate action where misuse is detected.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as TagMango, Zoom, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email platforms, analytics providers and social-media platforms.
These third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy practices and availability conditions.
HMC Hub is not responsible for an independent third-party platform’s downtime, security incident, policy change, account restriction or service interruption, except to the extent required by applicable law.
17. Website and Service Availability
HMC Hub aims to keep its website and services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting problems, internet failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
HMC Hub may update, correct, replace or remove outdated content while preserving already purchased access commitments where reasonably possible.
18. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website, registration forms, payment process or HMC Hub services will be handled according to the HMC Hub Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes affecting an existing paid program will be communicated where reasonably necessary. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already provided to a customer unless required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection and dispute-resolution laws, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
